The start of 2017 is bringing growth already. I hope that this is the case for you too. Positivity seems to be in the air among those that I connect with in this new year.
Professionally, I entered 2017 bullish on my consulting firm, Bastien Advisory Group. I am seeing that perspective already pay off.
In 2016, I built the operating model around three business units. We led 10 meaningful client projects, largely in the financial services regulatory, controls, and risk space.
Bastien also settled into our space on West 14th Street. In the last quarter of 2016, we formed our ability to scale easily, setting-up the infrastructure to support our team. We brought a team together.
We are in growth mode, due to increased market pull for our services.
