I will be speaking at the Institute for International Learning’s 3rd Annual Agile & Scrum Conference in June, along with artist and business leader, Craig Kilford of CourseConductor.
My view is that companies are creating efficiencies with automated intelligence (AI) technology. I’ll share perspectives on managing risk, as companies develop technologies through a rapid and iterative manner via “scrum teams”. These teams work in tandem, collaborating to achieve strategic outcomes with greater agility.
