BASTIEN ADVISORY GROUP WELCOMES ITS SUMMER INTERNS (AUTHORED BY DAVID COSLOY)

Below are the brief professional bios and quotes from Bastien Advisory Group’s 2016 Summer Interns. We are fortunate to be joined this summer by these top talent students.

Ford Deihl

Ford

Before working at Bastien Advisory Group, Ford worked as a marketing and analytics intern at a media conglomerate, and as an entrepreneurial consultant.  Upon graduating Hunter College High School in New York City with an excellence in psychology, Ford accepted a place in the Business and Political Economy program at New York University’s Leonard Stern School of Business, where he is a rising junior.  With the program, Ford is not only able to study international business and economics, but also was able to spend a year in London, will spend a semester in Shanghai, and finally will return to New York City to complete his degree.

“Bastien Advisory Group offers its interns a chance to be a significant part of large-scale consulting projects, but a similar level of executive-level interactivity would be impossible at the majority of other consultancies. Since starting the intern position at Bastien Advisory Group, led original research, developed a consulting proposal on growth opportunities, and providing perspectives to a new business venture.   Additionally, Bastien Advisory Group offers unparalleled connections both in the consulting field and outside of it.”

Joseph Middleman

Joseph Middleman, Washington University in St. Louis Olin School of Business

Joseph Middleman, a rising junior from Dallas, Texas, attends Washington University in St. Louis.  He is majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship with a minor in Computer Science in the Olin School of Business.  On campus, Joseph is the Co-Owner and CFO of an entrepreneurial venture, where he is responsible for maintaining the company’s detailed financial records, as well as, tracking customer analytics.  Prior to interning at Bastien Advisory Group, Joseph interned at CD Wealth Management in Dallas and Indus Capital Partners in New York.

“Chose Bastien Advisory Group because he is eager to work in a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, learning and growing from the guidance of David Cosloy and his years of expertise in the field.”
